Delete Account

This page explains how users can request account deletion for the mobile application "Taswiqa", operated by Wovenex.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, send an email to:

2. Required Information

• Full Name
• Email used in the account
• App name (Taswiqa)
• Reason (optional)

3. What Happens After Request

Once your request is received, Wovenex will review and process it within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Data Removal

All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, This includes account information, order history, and associated personal data, unless retention is required for legal reasons.

5. Important Notes

• This action is irreversible
• You may lose access permanently
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance
